A shipped release, a sharper Forge, and Lou in progress

Vibery v0.69.0 is deployed. That is the shipped milestone for this update.

The next pieces are still taking shape. Character Forge has a preview-polish draft in review, with work on accessible motion review. It has not merged, and one responsive Storybook check still needs attention. The preview is development work, not a released feature.

Lou v09 is a candidate. The character previews belong to the design review; they do not establish final in-app animation or runtime acceptance.

The distinction matters: a deployed release, a draft preview, and a character candidate each tell us something different. The next step is to close the remaining review and runtime checks before calling the previews shipped.
